We want you to be satisfied with your Éclat Apparel products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return for a refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with all original tags attached. All eligible returns are free of charge. We will provide instructions for returning your order after your return request has been approved.

To be eligible for a refund, please contact us within 14 days following delivery and provide your order number and the reason for your return.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or colour, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will arrange an exchange, subject to availability.
